I write for a living.  Since 1989, I've written 14 books about the joys of hot water and steam heating and I've traveled across the US and Canada, as well as to Europe many times – always to talk to heating professionals, to look at their fine work, and to learn. I also write monthly columns in Plumbing & Mechanical, PMEngineer and Supply House Times magazines. These go, respectively, to contractors, engineers and wholesalers. I know some people!

But of all the people I've met in this industry, I don't think I've met one that is more professional and technically proficient than Jeffrey Young (and he doesn't pay me to say that!).  This guy cares about every job he does. He brings pride and knowledge to every job, and he makes me proud to be a part of this industry.

There is one word that describes my Viessmann Vitodens boiler..............Awesome!  Through this awful winter, my neighbors have been complaining about their skyrocketing heating bills and even more about how loud their boilers and furnaces were.  I said, "I think my boiler is on, although I never hear it."

The installation has drawn a "WOW!" from two other plumber/HVAC people who don't even know you.

Jeffrey also helped us DIY our bathroom radiant floor heating when we were able. This morning it was 18°F outside, but my radiant floor was warm and cozy with a room temperature of 70°F.  Taking a shower on a cold morning doesn't frighten me any longer. You do pay extra for quality, but with Jeffrey's service, I wouldn't consider anything else close to the system I've acquired from these master installers.

I travel around this country and meet a lot of contractors and you are absolutely a breath of fresh air... You only do it the right way, you only know the right way. You have taken some of the European heating principles that I hold dear and really internalized them like... When we were adding the addition to our home, one of our goals was to use radiant floor heating. With the 15' ceilings, radiant is the only type of heat that made sense.  Jeffrey worked with us on a do-it-yourself basis so we could accomplish our goal of radiant. The existing part of our home is heated with forced air so we know there really is no comparison between the two types of heat. Radiant floor heating is the winner when it comes to pure comfort!
