• Domestic Hot Water – Viessmann Vitocell 300

The owners, Dana and Patti, found me when they were trying to find someone to maintain their radiant floor heating (installed by others).  I know I have been in the biz a long time because I was an appentice when the old boiler (pictured here) was originally installed, many moons ago.  The new Viessmann Vitola and Vitocell 300 hot water storage tank (the box the boiler is sitting on) fit very nicely into the mechanical room.
