Type of heating used: 2,700 sq/ft of radiant on suspended floor with gypsum overpour on the first floor. 3,300 sq/ft of concrete slab radiant in the basement and garage.

Heating Equipment: 

• Boiler - Viessmann VBC 18 oil fired boiler
• Control System – Viessmann Trimatik MC mixing reset and motorized 3-way mixing valve. 5 heating zones.
• Domestic Hot Water – Viessmann VertiCell 92 gallon 316Ti stainless steel indirect water heater
• Additional Equipment –Grundfos circulating pumps, NIX Technologies relays, Watts valving and Danfoss thermostats.

Cooling System:

• Condensing Unit – Lennox HS29-030 2.5 Ton, 11 SEER
• Air Handler -  Unico System
