Heating Equipment:

• Boiler – (2) Viessmann Vitola VBC 33 oil fired boilers
• Control System – Viessmann Multimatik control and (2) motorized 3-way mixing valves.  6 heating zones of radiant and 3 zones of hydro air.
• Domestic Hot Water – Viessmann VertiCell 120 gallon 316Ti stainless steel indirect water heater
• Additional Equipment –Myson bench radiator, Grundfos circulating pumps, Wirsbo Genius wireless thermostats and Watts valving.
