- Additional Equipment – Grundfos circulating pumps, Watts valving, Riello burner, Runtal radiator in third floor bath.
- Heatboy's Comments: This structure was completely dismantled with every piece of lumber numbered as it was taken apart then moved to it's current location. It was then erected and modified. The 35' stone chimney is the focal point of this project. Amazing stone work! Herman Grefe and Son Construction was the builder that put this whole project together.
